It was in the centre of city and close to Newton Monument. Leon made everything for all of us.

The setting was stunning and particularly good.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was really great. There were central heating, an iron, and coffee and tea making equipment, a walk-in shower. The balcony was overlooking garden. Location was stunning and fantastic, so close to holt town centre, and the Sea. Liked having Golden Tulip Cafe within 5 minutes walk away: D

Perfect 10/10 3 night stay. Perfect and magnificent location, in the middle of the city. Nestled right by the centre, and the Sea. Views especially at sunset, comfortable beds. Bathroom with a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the center of Holt with all its amenities. The apartment is peaceful and relaxing, creating a home away from home experience.

Although there were a few minor issues, like a missing lamp in the second bedroom and the need for curtains to block out the light in the main bedroom, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. We also appreciated the host's acknowledgement of feedback and willingness to rectify any issues.

Leon, the host, is attentive and genuinely keen on ensuring guests have a great experience. I highly recommend Sunset View for your next stay in Holt!

The location of this place was fantastic, right in the heart of a charming and upmarket town. the view from the lounge window was absolutely beautiful, and it was great to have a veranda where we could enjoy a drink and take in the surroundings. the double bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the decoration throughout the apartment was tasteful and fresh, and the central heating kept the place warm and cozy. the kitchen was modern and well equipped, and the shower room, although small, had a fantastic rain shower and instant hot water.

While there was nothing major to dislike, it would have been nice to have a bit more cutlery in the kitchen. the second bedroom lacked a reading lamp, so it may be a good idea to bring your own for night-time reading.

This place has a peaceful location near the town center and the sea, and the host gave me a friendly welcome.
